Mihashira Capital is the capital of the part of the Lofty Realm under Lady Kamuhitsuki's control, and is home to the majority of gods in the Lofty Realm. It is home to the Tree of Creation, as well as Sakuna, Tama and Kokorowa.

Each year, the capital holds a Day of Tribute upon which the gods offer rice and a banquet as tribute to Lady Kamuhitsuki.

This place is accessed twice; once at the beginning of the game, and once again at the midpoint of the game when Sakuna goes to confront Kokorowa about the tainted rice.
